Can one booking hold several services with different stylists?
Yes. A visit can carry several services, each with its own stylist or room and its own duration, booked back to back so the client is not left waiting between them.
Do clients get appointment reminders?
Booking confirmations and reminders go out by email today. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are being switched on as the messaging service is connected.
How is stylist commission worked out?
Commission is rolling out. Each stylist has a plan — a percentage of their net sales — and every ticket records what they earned at the rate in force that day. A manager approves the period before it goes to payroll; refunds reverse the commission rather than deleting it.
Can we sell hair and skin products at the same checkout?
Yes. Retail products sit on the same ticket as the services, and selling one takes it out of stock, so the shelf and the system agree.
Can the front desk see a client’s previous visits?
Yes. Every visit is kept on the client’s record: what they had, who did it, what they bought and any notes the stylist left.
